How do I get in touch with the DC Private Events team directly?

I've never been to Devil's Canyon, can I visit before filling out the form or scheduling a walk-through?
Absolutely! Join us on Fridays starting at 4pm to check out the venue yourself without a guide, get a feel for the space and try Devil's Canyon craft beer and bevs. Fridays are kid and pet friendly, casual, admission free and really, really fun. We can't wait to see you!
aM I required to use preferred vendors (caterer, coordinator, furniture rental , etc.)?
Devil's Canyon keeps a robust list of trusted and local vendors and will send you a current list upon request. To request a list, either fill out the private event questionnaire or email [email protected].
Outside vendors must be approved by Devil's Canyon and submit required documentation such as business license, proof of insurance, etc. It is the event host's responsibility to ensure all vendor documentation is submitted to Devil's Canyon in a timely manner, before event date.

I'D LIKE TO MAKE A RESERVATION DURING PUBLIC HOURS, HOW DO I DO THAT?
On Fridays starting at 4pm we are open to the public for drinks with food provided by food trucks and/or catering partners. We do not take reservations during our public hours. Seating is first come, first served. For groups of twenty or more, we offer several semi-private areas for rent during Friday public hours. Go to the Beer Fridays page to submit your inquiry.

We are happy to let you know whether a date is open, booked or on soft hold before you fill out and submit the private events questionnaire. Email [email protected] to check for availability.
Note: We receive many, many private event requests and host hundreds of events throughout the year. Your event is booked once a contract is signed by the event host. We must first receive and discuss your event information before we create a contract. The best way to begin this process is by filling out the private events questionnaire.
The basic flow of booking is as follows:
1. Submit event inquiry
2. Await callback/email then discuss your event idea in further detail directly with the DC Events Team
3. Receive and sign custom event proposal/estimate created by DC Events
4. Receive and sign custom event contract created by DC Events (your preferred date is locked in once contract is signed)
5. Plan, plan, plan until event date
6. Have a wildly successful event!
If you'd like to soft hold a date with no obligation before submitting your information, we're happy to pencil in your request but we cannot guarantee your preferred date will be available for your event until your contract is signed.

can i decorate the space however i'd like for my event?
Mostly, yes! We keep the venue rather sleek in terms of decor and branding so you can customize the look and feel of your event however you'd like. We have some sensible stipulations about permanent changes, fire-based decorations, glitter, adhesives, etc., but for the most part, if you can dream it you can do it.
Can i bring in my own beverages, serve hard liquor, and/or book my own bartenders?
ALL alcoholic products onsite must be acquired by DCBC and served by DCBC Staff. Neither hosts nor guests are permitted to BYOB.
We'll happily work with you in supplying additional items outside our regular drink services, however, absolutely no hard alcohol (spirits) are allowed on the premises. We are a full-production brewery, and our supplier-side regulations differ from bars, restaurants, and other venue types.
Bussers and servers your caterer might offer are welcome, or you may book additional Devil's Canyon Crew for these purposes.

I SUBMITTED THE PRIVATE EVENTS QUESTIONNAIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS AGO AND I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

my event will include people under 21 and possibly DOGS, is that okay?
Absolutely!
Well-behaved children and young adults are welcome along with well-behaved dogs. Service animals are certainly permitted.
We ask that children under 12 are supervised and dogs are on a 6-feet-or-shorter leash at all times. No alcohol may be served to people under the legal drinking age of 21.
Cats are not permitted on the premises. We love cats (see Beer Kitty Kölsch), but ask that you keep your kitty at home.
